Return Policy

We want you to love your experience with He Loves Me Baby, so if for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase to please email sales@helovesmebaby.com  or call (786) 331-8381 to schedule a return, and receive an return authorization (RA) # to begin the return process.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in brand new condition, with tags attached, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. Proof of purchase is required to be eligible for a refund.

For refunds or exchanges on regular priced items, our policy lasts 30 days after the delivered date. After 30 days, we will no longer offer returns or exchanges on items.

Refunds will be made to the payment type used at purchase.

Returns will be processed within five (5) business days following receipt of the item to our warehouse.

Returning damaged items

Although we do our best to assure all of our items are in excellent condition when they leave our door, if you receive damaged merchandise or the wrong item, please contact us please email sales@helovesmebaby.com  or call (786) 331-8381 within 30 days of your purchase date.
