To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in brand new condition, with tags attached, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. Proof of purchase is required to be eligible for a refund.
For refunds or exchanges on regular priced items, our policy lasts 30 days after the delivered date. After 30 days, we will no longer offer returns or exchanges on items.
Refunds will be made to the payment type used at purchase.
Returns will be processed within five (5) business days following receipt of the item to our warehouse.
